USD/CHF extends decline, nears 0.9700

USD/CHF has fallen to a fresh 4-day low during the American session, with the greenback trading mostly weaker across the board.

USD/CHF continued to move lower on Friday, extending a pullback from 3-week highs at the 0.9840 zone, where the 200-day SMA capped the upside earlier this week. The pair has lost more than a hundred pips ever since and scored a low of 0.9710 in recent dealings. At time of writing, USD/CHF is trading at 0.9723, 0.37% below its opening price.

On the data front, US ISM manufacturing PMI will be the highlight of the session, with expectations around 51.5 for June.

USD/CHF levels to consider

In terms of technical levels, next supports are seen at 0.9702 (10-day SMA), 0.9669 (20-day SMA) and 0.9550 (Jun 24 low). On the flip side, resistances could be faced at 0.9754 (100-day SMA), 0.9780 (Jul 1 high) and 0.9822 (Jun 29 high).
