US ISM non-manufacturing PMI rises to 56.5 in June

The Institute for Supply Management's non-manufacturing PMI rose to 56.5 in June from 52.9 in May, posting the highest reading in 7 months. This reading beat expectations of a 53.3 print.

Among key components of the index, new orders increased to 59.9, from 54.2 the previous month while employment rose to 52.7 from 49.7.
