EU’s Barnier: negotiations regarding the Brexit bill aren’t finished yet

Speaking at the Berlin Security Conference on European Security and Defence in Berlin, Germany, the European Union's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier was noted saying that negotiations regarding the Brexit bill aren’t finished yet.
