Germany: CPI is expected to be 1.8% in November 2017

"The inflation rate in Germany as measured by the consumer price index is expected to be 1.8% in November 2017,"  the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) of Germany announced on Wednesday.

Key highlights

The consumer prices are expected to increase by 0.3% on October 2017.

In November 2017, the harmonised index of consumer prices for Germany, which is calculated for European purposes, is expected to increase by 1.8% year on year.

Compared with October 2017, it is expected to be up by 0.3%.

The final results for November 2017 will be released on 13 December 2017.
