Japan's Aso on land sale scandal

Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso is hitting the wires, commenting on the scandal that saw Japan's Finance Ministry modify documents to cover the personal relationship between the Prime Minister and a school developer that purchased government land at a steep discount.
