OPEC’s Barkindo: OPEC, non-OPEC partnership is working - RTRS

OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo is out on the wires, via Reuters, saying that OPEC numbers have shown market has been successfully de-stocked in both onshore & offshore.
