Fed's Kaplan: Rates rising 'likely' to 2.75-3% range in 2019

Dallas Fed President Kaplan recently crossed the wires saying that the Fed should be gradually and patiently raising rates to 'neutral.' According to Kaplan, rates are likely to go up to the 2.75%-3% range in 2019, as reported by Reuters.
